This keto roasted cauliflower is quick, easy and delicious!
Here I show you how to make roasted cauliflower that is coated with aromatic indian spices. I hope you enjoy these tangy and spicy flavors!
Masala to coat the cauliflower florets with:
In a bowl combine turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Black pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Kashmiri red chilli powder (this is not very hot)
Garlic powder
Give it a mix
Preheat your oven to 400F or 204C
Cut cauliflower florets to medium sized pieces. Spread the florets on a tray lined with parchment paper
Coat the florets with any oil of your choice. I used avocado oil
Make sure to coat the florets nicely with oil, so they brown well
Season well with salt and rub it well with your fingers
Spread the florets evenly on the tray and bake till golden brown (20-30 min)
Sprinkle the dry masala (generous amounts), add some lime juice and coat well using a spatula.
Bake for another 2-3 minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves (optional)
