This keto salad is flavored with oregano, chilli flakes, garlic powder and olives making it very aromatic.

  • 1.5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams Paneer (cubes)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olives (sliced)
  • Dried oregano (to taste)
  • Red chilli flakes (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Set a pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  2. Add paneer pieces

  3. Add salt to taste

  4. Add red chilli flakes

  5. Add dried oregano to taste

  6. Fry paneer pieces till they turn golden brown

    Don't over fry paneer. It turns too hard
  7. Combine romaine lettuce

  8. Tomatoes

  9. Cucumber pieces

  10. Bell pepper

  11. Red onion

  12. Sliced olives

  13. Fried paneer

  14. 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  15. Garlic powder

  16. Dried oregano

  17. Red chilli flakes and mix
