This keto salad tastes of refreshing lemon and coriander!
Set a pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Add paneer chopped in little pieces
Add 1 tbsp. chopped coiander
Add salt and black pepper powder
Add lemon juice to taste
Stir fry the paneer till they turn slightly golden brown
Comine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, 3 tbsp. and coriander leaves in a big bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice
Give it a mix
Have this with 1/2 an avocado and the fried paneer
Season the avocado with salt, pepper and lemon juice
