Description

This keto salad tastes of refreshing lemon and coriander!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 90g Paneer
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper powder (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Onion (chopped)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1/2 Avocado
Instructions
  1. Set a pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  2. Add paneer chopped in little pieces

  3. Add 1 tbsp. chopped coiander

  4. Add salt and black pepper powder

  5. Add lemon juice to taste

  6. Stir fry the paneer till they turn slightly golden brown

    Don't over fry the paneer, if not they turn hard and leathery
  7. Comine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, 3 tbsp.  and coriander leaves in a big bowl.

  8. Season with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice

  9. Give it a mix

  10. Have this with 1/2 an avocado and the fried paneer

  11. Season the avocado with salt, pepper and lemon juice
