Description

Easy peanut chutney that is made with few ingredients and tastes delicious!

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Peanuts (roasted)
  • Coriander leaves (handful)
  • 2 Green chillies (or to taste)
  • Lime juice (from 1/2 lime)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
  1. To a blender jar, add peanuts, lime juice, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and a quarter cup of water

  2. Blend to a smooth paste

    This chutney is delicious as is, there is no need for any tadka. If you want to add tadka, however, heat some ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, some hing and some curry leaves. Add that to the chutney!
