Keto Chicken Curry using a pressure cooker
If you want to make a quick delicious keto chicken curry using your pressure cooker, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

Add 2 tbsp. oil to a pressure cooker pan set on medium heat

Add cumin seeds

Bay leaf

Green cardamoms

Black cardamom

Cinnamon stick

Cloves

Star anise

Stir fry for 15-20 sec until they turn aromatic. Add chopped onions

Stir fry the onions for 1 minute and add garlic

Add ginger
-
Stir fry for another minute and turn down the heat. Add turmeric powder

Coriander powder

Cumin powder

Kashmiri red chilli powder

Normal red chilli powder

Garam masala powder

Stir fry for a few seconds, add a splash of water if you need to, so the masala's don't burn

Add chopped tomatoes

Add some salt to taste. Give it a quick stir and place a lid on for 2 minutes so the tomatoes sweat

Press down on the tomatoes with a spatula so it turns pasty

Add 1 tbsp, of oil and stir fry the paste for 1 minute

The paste should start oozing oil

Add chicken

Stir fry for 5 minutes over medium high heat

Add coriander stems and stir

Add water and salt to taste

Cook for 1-2 whistles or 15 min under pressure

Add salt to taste

Add black pepper powder

Add ghee
-
Add fresh lime juice to taste

Add kasuri methi
Crush it in between the palms of your hands for more flavor -
Add coriander leaves
