How to make Masala Broccoli Keto Omlette-Indian style
Bored cooking broccoli the same way?! Try this indian style masala broccoli omlette, Its spicy and flavorful.

Chop broccoli florets using a food processor or finely chop the broccoli with a knife

Add ghee to a non-stick skillet set on medium heat

Add onion and garlic and stir fry for 30 sec

Add tomatoes and stir fry till slightly mushy

Add broccoli

Add salt to taste and stir fry till the broccoli turns slightly brownish and looks oily

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. Stir fry for a minute

Turn off the heat. Cover the pan evenly with the broccoli

Pour eggs (beat well with some salt)

Turn heat back on to low and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes

Flip the omlette (optional). An easy way to flip it is by transferring the omlette on a plate and sliding it back onto the pan on the other side
