Description

These are Indian style stuffed bell peppers filled with a paneer filling with spices of palak paneer

Ingredients
  • 1 Bell Pepper (medium size)
  • 1 teaspoon Oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 40 grams Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 20 grams Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (crumbled, 50g)
  • Red chilli flakes (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (or dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Mozarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
  1. Set a pan on medium heat and add oil

  2. Add butter

  3. Add finely chopped onion

  4. Add crushed garlic

  5. Stir fry for 1 min

  6. Add chopped tomatoes

  7. Add coriander powder

  8. Add salt to taste

  9. Add chopped spinach leaves

  10. Stir fry till the leaves wilt

  11. Add crumbled or grated paneer

  12. Add red chilli flakes to taste and stir fry for 30 sec

  13. Add garam masala powder

  14. Add crushed kasuri methi

  15. Add lemon juice to taste. 

  16. Stuffing made! Set this aside

  17. Cut bell pepper in half and remove seeds and mid rib

  18. Fill with stuffing

  19. Top with some parmesan cheese

  20. Air fry for 7 min at 350F or 180 C

    If you like the bell pepper to have a sifter texture, air fry for a longer time.
  21. Top with coriander leaves

  22. Top with shredded mozarella cheese

  23. Sprinkle red chilli flakes

  24. Press down on the shredded cheese with a fork or spoon so the cheese doesnt fly in the air fryer

  25. Cook for another 2 min or till the cheese melts!
