These Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers tastes like delicious palak paneer filled inside bell peppers!
These are Indian style stuffed bell peppers filled with a paneer filling with spices of palak paneer
Set a pan on medium heat and add oil
Add butter
Add finely chopped onion
Add crushed garlic
Stir fry for 1 min
Add chopped tomatoes
Add coriander powder
Add salt to taste
Add chopped spinach leaves
Stir fry till the leaves wilt
Add crumbled or grated paneer
Add red chilli flakes to taste and stir fry for 30 sec
Add garam masala powder
Add crushed kasuri methi
Add lemon juice to taste.
Stuffing made! Set this aside
Cut bell pepper in half and remove seeds and mid rib
Fill with stuffing
Top with some parmesan cheese
Air fry for 7 min at 350F or 180 C
Top with coriander leaves
Top with shredded mozarella cheese
Sprinkle red chilli flakes
Press down on the shredded cheese with a fork or spoon so the cheese doesnt fly in the air fryer
Cook for another 2 min or till the cheese melts!
