  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 Green chillies (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Set a non-stick pan on low heat. Add butter

  2. Add onion

  3. tomatoes

  4. Green chillies (chopped and deseeded)

  5. Stir fry for 30 sec

  6. Add 2 beaten eggs

  7. Stir till eggs start to cook

  8. Turn off the heat and add salt (to taste)

  9. Add black pepper powder (to taste)

  10. Add chopped coriander leaves
