Description

This keto salad is made of cabbage. The dressing is slightly tangy and spicy and super easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 100 grams Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • lime juice (to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander stems (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add mayonnaise, olive oil, lime juice, mustard powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, coriander stems or leaves, jalapeƱo, parmesan cheese and salt to taste

  2. Add shredded or thinly sliced cabbage and mix well

  3. Have this with boiled eggs or grilled meat/fish to make it a filling meal
