In a large bowl add mayonnaise, olive oil, lime juice, mustard powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, coriander stems or leaves, jalapeƱo, parmesan cheese and salt to taste
Add shredded or thinly sliced cabbage and mix well
Have this with boiled eggs or grilled meat/fish to make it a filling meal
