How to make Keto Roti-with Almond Flour and Chia seeds
This keto roti is made of almond flour and chia seed powder. It is easy to make and can easily be frozen and reheated.

Ingredients

Grind 2 tbsp. chia seeds to a fine powder

Add 6 tbsp. water to it

Mix well

Let it rest for 10 min

Add salt

Add almond flour little by little and make sure all the chia seed gel is covered by almond flour

Add any neutral oil and knead for a minute

Let the dough rest for 10 min

Divide the dough into 3 portions. Grease silicone mats or parchment paper with oil on both sides

Roll out the dough

Cut in a circular shape using a cookie cutter or a lid

Set a non stick pan on medium high heat

Cook the roti on both sides for ~3 min or until you start to see some golden brown spots

Don’t overcook the roti if not it will turn flaky
Freezing the Rotis

You can freeze the rotis and heat it up later on a pan or a microwave (~15 sec high power)

You can also freeze the rolled roti dough (raw).
Make sure to layer the rolled dough with parchment paper in between, so they don’t stick to each other
