This paneer stir fry is quick, easy, and delicious! Paneer is fried till its golden brown and tossed in an aromatic herb paste!

For the herb paste, add 12 to 15 curry leaves into a grinder jar along with half a cup of coriander leaves, four to five green chillies (or to taste), a one inch piece of ginger and three large cloves of garlic. Grind this into a coarse paste and set that aside

Add one tablespoon of oil (I use avocado oil) on a non stick pan (you can use olive oil or whichever oil you like)

Add 200 grams of paneer cut in cubes, add some salt and pepper (to taste)

Stir fry the paneer till they are slightly golden brown on both sides. Don't over fry the paneer if not it turns hard and rubbery

Add the aromatic herb paste into the same pan

Stir fry this for about one or two minutes or till it turns dark green in color

Turn the heat off and add in the paneer pieces

Toss it with the paste and squeeze a good amount of lime juice
