Healthy keto paneer tacos packed with flavor and super easy to make!
These delicious lettuce tacos filled with a vibrant salad and toooed with yummy fried paneer! Perfect for your keto diet

Cut out 2 romaine hearts
Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and coriander leaves (you can also use coriander stems for more crunch and flavor)
Add cumin powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt and lime juice
Mix well
Cut the paneer in little cubes
Add cumin powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, red chilli powder, salt and 1 tsp. oil
Mix well
Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp. of oil
Add a tbsp. of butter
When the butter melts, add the paneer pieces
Fry the paneer for ~45 sec, so it turns slightly crisp outside but remains soft inside
Take out the paneer pieces
Don’t discard the flavorful droppings in the pan, we will garnish the taco with it!
Take a romaine heart
Fill with half of the salad
Add half of the paneer pieces
Sprinkle some red chilli flakes (if you like it hot)
Garnish with the buttery flavorful drippings from the pan (in which the paneer was fried)
