How to make Keto Paneer Lettuce Wrap Tacos

These delicious lettuce tacos filled with a vibrant salad and toooed with yummy fried paneer! Perfect for your keto diet

  1. Cut out 2 romaine hearts

Making the Salad

  1. Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and coriander leaves (you can also use coriander stems for more crunch and flavor)

  2. Add cumin powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt and lime juice 

  3. Mix well

Cooking the Paneer

  1. Cut the paneer in little cubes

  2. Add cumin powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, red chilli powder, salt and 1 tsp. oil

  3. Mix well

  4. Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp. of oil

     
  5. Add a tbsp. of butter

  6. When the butter melts, add the paneer pieces

  7. Fry the paneer for ~45 sec, so it turns slightly crisp outside but remains soft inside

  8. Take out the paneer pieces 

  9. Don’t discard the flavorful droppings in the pan, we will garnish the taco with it!

Setting up the lettuce taco

  1. Take a romaine heart

  2. Fill with half of the salad

  3. Add half of the paneer pieces

  4. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes (if you like it hot)

  5. Garnish with the buttery flavorful drippings from the pan (in which the paneer was fried)
