This keto paneer broccoli stir fry is slightly sweet, salty, and tangy!
Combine White vinegar, Soy aminos, white pepper, veggie or chicken stock powder, a pinch of stevia and sesame oil in a bowl
Mix and set aside
Add one tsp. oil to a skillet set on low/medium heat
Add medium sized broccoli florets
Add a splash of water
Place the lid on and cook for 5 min or till the florets are slightly tender
Push the florets to one side and add 1 tbsp. oil
Add 1 tbsp, butter
Add paneer pieces and stir fry till the paneer turns goldeb brown in color
Add grated garlic and ginger
Mix
Add the sauce mix and stir
Garnish with red chilli flakes and sesame seeds
