How to make Keto Paneer Broccoli Stir Fry

Combine White vinegar, Soy aminos, white pepper, veggie or chicken stock powder, a pinch of stevia and sesame oil in a bowl

Make sure the stock powder is sugar free and keto friendly!

You can also use any other keto sweetener of your choice

Mix and set aside

Add one tsp. oil to a skillet set on low/medium heat

Add medium sized broccoli florets
-
Add a splash of water
-
Place the lid on and cook for 5 min or till the florets are slightly tender

Push the florets to one side and add 1 tbsp. oil

Add 1 tbsp, butter
-
Add paneer pieces and stir fry till the paneer turns goldeb brown in color

Add grated garlic and ginger
-
Mix
-
Add the sauce mix and stir

Garnish with red chilli flakes and sesame seeds
