Instructions

  1. Combine White vinegar, Soy aminos, white pepper, veggie or chicken stock powder, a pinch of stevia and sesame oil in a bowl

  2. Make sure the stock powder is sugar free and keto friendly!
  3. You can also use any other keto sweetener of your choice
  4. Mix and set aside

  5. Add one tsp. oil to a skillet set on low/medium heat

  6. Add medium sized broccoli florets

  7. Add a splash of water

  8. Place the lid on and cook for 5 min or till the florets are slightly tender

  9. Push the florets to one side and add 1 tbsp. oil

  10. Add 1 tbsp, butter

  11. Add paneer pieces and stir fry till the paneer turns goldeb brown in color

  12. Add grated garlic and ginger

  13. Mix

  14. Add the sauce mix and stir

  15. Garnish with red chilli flakes and sesame seeds
