Combine lupin flour and shredded parmesan cheese in a bowl
Break up the parmesan cheese and mix it well with the lupin flour
Add onion
Add a pinch of salt and mix
Add finely chopped coriander leaves
Add a pinch of coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, garlic powder, cumin seeds and nigella seeds (kalonji)
Add water so the batter feels sticky
The dough should hold shape when pressed down in between your fingers
You can make 6-7 small balls
Fry in hot oil
The pakoras should be golden brown and crisp in less than 2 min!
