How to make Keto Okra Fry (keto bhindi fry)
Keto okra fry or keto bhindi fry is tasty curry that can be made in less than 15 min with just a handful of ingredients.

Wash the okra/bhindi throughly and dry it on a paper towel. The drier the okra the less slimy they will turn out!

Add 2 tbsp. of oil and salt (to taste) to the okra

Break up any okra clumps with your fingers

Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp. oil

Add ghee

Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and turmeric powder

Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add the okra pieces

Stir fry the okra for 6-7 min or till they turn slightly dark green and shrink

Move the pieces to one side and add 2 tsp. of oil

Add chopped garlic in the oil and stir fry for 30 sec

Mix the garlic pieces with the okra and stir fry for 2 min

Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and stir fry for 1 min

Add salt to taste, lime juice and red chilli flakes

Mix and done!
