This Chilli Garlic Chicken Cabbage Noodles is absolutely addictive! Add this to your keto diet
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper powder and some garlic powder. Mix and set aside
Set a pan on medium/high heat and add any neutral cooking oil
Once the oil is hot, stir fry the chicken until done. This should not take more than 2 min.
Set the chicken aside in a bowl
To the same pan add a quarter piece of chicken stock cube.
Break the stock cube and make a paste with your spatula
Add onions and garlic. Sauté them for ~30 sec
Add cabbage and stir fry for ~15 sec
Add fresno chilli and give it a quick stir
Add vinegar, liquid aminos (or soy sauce), any hot sauce of your choice and black pepper powder
Stir fry ~1 min till the liquid from the sauces evaporate
Add chicken pieces along with 1/2 tbsp. of chopped spring onion greens
Give it a quick stir
Garnish with more spring onion greens and red chilli flakes!
