  1. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper powder and some garlic powder. Mix and set aside

  2. Set a pan on medium/high heat and add any neutral cooking oil

  3. Once the oil is hot, stir fry the chicken until done. This should not take more than 2 min.

  4. Set the chicken aside in a bowl

  5. To the same pan add a quarter piece of chicken stock cube. 

    Make sure the stock cube or bouillon powder is keto-friendly
  6. Break the stock cube and make a paste with your spatula

  7. Add onions and garlic. Sauté them for ~30 sec

  8. Add cabbage and stir fry for ~15 sec

  9. Add fresno chilli and give it a quick stir

  10. Add vinegar, liquid aminos (or soy sauce), any hot sauce of your choice and black pepper powder

  11. Stir fry ~1 min till the liquid from the sauces evaporate

  12. Add chicken pieces along with 1/2 tbsp. of chopped spring onion greens

  13. Give it a quick stir

  14. Garnish with more spring onion greens and red chilli flakes!
