How to make Keto Mushroom Cheese Omlette

Ingredients

Add butter to a pan set on medium heat and let it melt

Add finely chopped onion, green chili pieces (to taste) and tomato pieces

I'm using white button mushrooms, you can use any other mushrooms of your choice. Season with some salt and pepper and stir fry for approximately 30 to 45 seconds or till the mushrooms soften a little bit

Add 1 tbsp of coriander leaves and two eggs (beaten). You can season with some more salt and pepper if you wish.

Once the omelette cooks through, add some cheese. I used aged cheddar cheese, you can add any cheese of your choice

Add some red chili flakes if you prefer. Fold the omelette so the cheese melts and enjoy!
