  • 6 tablespoons Warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
Instructions
    Cauliflower Masala
  1. Set a pan on medium heat. Add 1 tsp. oil or ghee

  2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Hing, curry leaves and one slit green chilli

  3. Once the seeds start to splutter, add chopped onion.

  4. Stir fry the onion till slightly golden brown.

  5. Add cauliflower florets, salt (to taste) and turmeric powder.

  6. Add 1 tbsp. water and place the lid on for 5-7 minutes.

  7. Let the cauliflower soften and cook through. Press down on the florets and mash them partially. Stir fry till the cauliflower looks slightly golden brown

  8. Add lime juice and coriander leaves

  9. Combine almond flour, Mozarella cheese, salt, plain unsweetened yogurt, baking soda and 5 tbsp. of warm water.

  10. Mix well

  11. Make sure the consistency is pourable.

I added another tablespoon of warm water to make it pourable
  12. Grease a non stick pan with 1/2 tsp. ghee. Heat the pan to medium heat

  13. Add half of the batter. Spread the batter using a spatula and slightly tilting the pan

  14. Cook the dosa till it turns golden brown and crisp

  15. Fold half of the cauliflower masala into the dosa
