Ingredients
Chai Masala (~20 servings)
Keto Tea (2 cups)
Instructions
Making Chai Masala Mix
-
Dry roast all the ingredients (except ginger powder and nutmeg) on medium heat for 1 minute.
Dry roasting removes moisture from the spices so you can store the chai mix longer. Also, the spices turn more aromatic when dry roasted. Avoid roasting them too long so that the spices don’t taste bitter -
Let the spices cool down and transfer into a grinder jar along with ginger powder and nutmeg.
-
Grind to a coarse powder. This stores for months in an air tight container
