Description

This keto cucumber lemonade is made of cucumbers, lime juice and chia seeds. I also added one slit green chilli for some zing!

Ingredients
  • 100 grams Cucumber (peeled, 3/4 cup)
  • salt (to taste)
  • keto sweetener (to taste, I used erythritol monk fruit sweetener)
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds (soaked)
  • 1 Green chilli (soaked)
Instructions
  1. Peel a cucumber and cut in small pieces. Add cucumber and mint leaves in a blender jar along with 3/4 cups of water and blend to a smooth paste.

  2. Strain the juice (optional)

  3. Add lime juice or lemon juice, some salt and keto sweetener to taste

  4. Add ice, soaked chia seeds or basil seeds

  5. Add 1 green chilli (slit). The green chilli will not make the drink hot, it going to add some zing
