How to make keto lemonade-cucumber lemonade
This keto cucumber lemonade is made of cucumbers, lime juice and chia seeds. I also added one slit green chilli for some zing!

Peel a cucumber and cut in small pieces. Add cucumber and mint leaves in a blender jar along with 3/4 cups of water and blend to a smooth paste.

Strain the juice (optional)

Add lime juice or lemon juice, some salt and keto sweetener to taste

Add ice, soaked chia seeds or basil seeds

Add 1 green chilli (slit). The green chilli will not make the drink hot, it going to add some zing
