Almond Halwa is a quick keto dessert that you can make with almond flour! Ghee, saffron and cardamom powder makes the Halwa beautifully fragrant and delicious!

Set a non stick pot on medium heat and add ghee
Once the ghee melts add almond flour
Roast the almond flour until it turns golden brown. This should take ~2 min
Add salt and a keto sweetener of your choice
Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. You can substitute with coconut milk or water
Add a pinch of saffron or kesar and green cardamom powder
Stir the mixture till it turns thick. It should take ~5 min
Garnish with slivered almonds and saffronÂ
You can enjoy this warm or chilled
