How to make Keto Fish Cutlet-Indian style Keto Fish Cake
Fish blended in with aromatic herbs and spices, these fish cutlets are absolutely delicious. You can have them as an appetizer or make yummy keto sandwiches or wraps!

Make a paste of coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Set aside

Take the fish pieces out into a bowl

Squeeze some fresh lime juice, add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt and the herb paste

Mix well (works best when mixed with your fingers)

Add 2 tbsp. psyllium husk, mix well and set aside for 10 min to absorb moisture

Make a fist with the mix and check if it holds its shape

If not, add some more psyllium husk

Check for salt and add more if needed

Make ~9 cutlets (1.5 inch in diameter)

Set a non stick pan on medium heat

Add 2 tbsp. oil and brush to cover the surface of the pan

Fry the fish till it’s golden brown and crisp on both sides ~4 min per side

You can sprinkle some oil, if needed, to get a crisper coat

If you want a crisper fish cutlet, press down the cutlet and flatten it on the pan. Fry until crisp ~5-6 min per side
