Description

Falooda is a delectable milk shake perfect for summer time! It has layers of chia or basil seeds with fruits, nuts, flavored milk and topped with whipped cream or ice cream

Ingredients
    Soaking Chia seeds or Basil seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • Keto Berry Falooda
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (Unsweetened and chilled)
  • 1 drop Rose essence
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol/monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 10 Almonds (Roasted and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Keto Kesar Falooda
  • 3 tablespoons Almond milk (unsweetened and chilled)
  • 1 tablespoon Almond milk (unsweetened and warm)
  • Kesar or Saffron (a pinch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol/monk fruit sweetener
  • 1.5 tablespoon Dried dessicated coconut (shredded)
  • 10 Almonds (roasted and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
Instructions
    Soaking Chia seeds or Basil seeds
  1. Mix chia seeds and water in a bowl and set aside for 20-30 min. Basil seeds shuold not take more than 10 min to bloom

  2. Making Whipped Cream
  3. Take 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in a jar along with a tsp. of erythritol/monk fruit sweetener. 

  4. Close the jar tightly and shake it vigorously for a minute or two, or until the heavy cream turns into whipped cream. 

  5. Fill the cream into a piping bag and set side in the refrigerator

  6. Keto Berry Falooda
  7. Take chilled almond milk and add rose essence and a keto sweetener. Mix well and set aside

  8. Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

  9. Add a chopped strawberry and 10 blueberries 

  10. Add another layer of chia seeds

  11. Add chopped almonds

  12. Top with the milk

  13. Add whipped cream and garnish with slivered almonds

  14. Keto Kesar Falooda
  15. Add a pinch of saffron to a tbsp. of warm almond milk

  16. Mix and set aside for 5 min

  17. Add 3 tbsp. of chilled almond milk to it

  18. Add 1/8 tsp. of green cardamom powder and 1/2 tsp. of erythritol/monk sweetener 

  19. Mix well

  20. Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

  21. Add shredded desiccated coconut

  22. Add another layer of chia seeds

  23. Add chopped almonds

  24. Top with the milk followed by some whipped cream

  25. Garnish with slivered almonds
