How to make Keto Falooda-Keto drink
Falooda is a delectable milk shake perfect for summer time! It has layers of chia or basil seeds with fruits, nuts, flavored milk and topped with whipped cream or ice cream

Ingredients
Soaking Chia seeds or Basil seeds

Instructions
Soaking Chia seeds or Basil seeds

Mix chia seeds and water in a bowl and set aside for 20-30 min. Basil seeds shuold not take more than 10 min to bloom
Making Whipped Cream

Take 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in a jar along with a tsp. of erythritol/monk fruit sweetener.

Close the jar tightly and shake it vigorously for a minute or two, or until the heavy cream turns into whipped cream.

Fill the cream into a piping bag and set side in the refrigerator
Keto Berry Falooda

Take chilled almond milk and add rose essence and a keto sweetener. Mix well and set aside

Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

Add a chopped strawberry and 10 blueberries

Add another layer of chia seeds

Add chopped almonds

Top with the milk

Add whipped cream and garnish with slivered almonds

Add a pinch of saffron to a tbsp. of warm almond milk

Mix and set aside for 5 min

Add 3 tbsp. of chilled almond milk to it

Add 1/8 tsp. of green cardamom powder and 1/2 tsp. of erythritol/monk sweetener

Mix well

Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

Add shredded desiccated coconut

Add another layer of chia seeds

Top with the milk followed by some whipped cream
