How to make Keto Falooda-Keto drink

Falooda is a delectable milk shake perfect for summer time! It has layers of chia or basil seeds with fruits, nuts, flavored milk and topped with whipped cream or ice cream

Soaking Chia seeds or Basil seeds

  1. Mix chia seeds and water in a bowl and set aside for 20-30 min. Basil seeds shuold not take more than 10 min to bloom

Making Whipped Cream

  1. Take 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in a jar along with a tsp. of erythritol/monk fruit sweetener. 

  2. Close the jar tightly and shake it vigorously for a minute or two, or until the heavy cream turns into whipped cream. 

  3. Fill the cream into a piping bag and set side in the refrigerator

Keto Berry Falooda

  1. Take chilled almond milk and add rose essence and a keto sweetener. Mix well and set aside

  2. Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

  3. Add a chopped strawberry and 10 blueberries 

  4. Add another layer of chia seeds

  5. Add chopped almonds

  6. Top with the milk

  7. Add whipped cream and garnish with slivered almonds

Keto Kesar Falooda

  1. Add a pinch of saffron to a tbsp. of warm almond milk

  2. Mix and set aside for 5 min

  3. Add 3 tbsp. of chilled almond milk to it

  4. Add 1/8 tsp. of green cardamom powder and 1/2 tsp. of erythritol/monk sweetener 

  5. Mix well

  6. Take a tall glass and add 3 tsp. of chia seeds

  7. Add shredded desiccated coconut

  8. Add another layer of chia seeds

  9. Add chopped almonds

  10. Top with the milk followed by some whipped cream

  11. Garnish with slivered almonds
