How to make Keto Dosa

Description

The delicious aroma that fills a south Indian tiffin restaurant, thats the flavor this keto dosa has! Have it as is or with some chutney.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons Almond Flour (blanched)
  • 4 tablespoons Mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lime or Lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Onion (chopped)
  • Hing or Asafoetida (a pinch)
  • Green chillies (to taste)
  • 3-4 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ghee
Instructions
  1. In a blender jar add shredded mozarella cheese, almond flour, salt, onion, green chilli (to taste), curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, hing or asafoetida, lime juice and water

  2. Blend to a paste

  3. Set a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee

  4. Spread the ghee

  5. Add the dosa batter

  6. Spread it on the pan

  7. Cook the dosa till it browns ~5 min

  8. Cook on the other side (optional)

  9. Roll the dosa when it cools down a little. Enjoy this as is or with keto chutneys.
