In a blender jar add shredded mozarella cheese, almond flour, salt, onion, green chilli (to taste), curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, hing or asafoetida, lime juice and water

Blend to a paste

Set a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee

Spread the ghee

Add the dosa batter

Spread it on the pan

Cook the dosa till it browns ~5 min

Cook on the other side (optional)

Roll the dosa when it cools down a little. Enjoy this as is or with keto chutneys.
