  1. In a grinder jar add coconut pieces, ginger, peanuts, green chilli, 2-3 curry leaves, water and salt (to taste)

  2. Grind to a coarse paste

  4. When the seeds start spluttering, add dried red chilli and 3-4 curry leaves

  5. Add this to the coconut chutney
