How to make keto chutney for idli and dosa-coconut chutney
This a yummy coconut chutney that is made with fresh coconut, roasted peanuts and some aromatic spices! Pairs well with dosas, idlis, and uttapam

Ingredients

In a grinder jar add coconut pieces, ginger, peanuts, green chilli, 2-3 curry leaves, water and salt (to taste)

Grind to a coarse paste
This taste yummy as is or continue to the next steps to make it even better! -
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds

When the seeds start spluttering, add dried red chilli and 3-4 curry leaves

Add this to the coconut chutney

Stir and done!
