How to make Keto Chicken Tikka-Chicken Hariyali Tikka
Chicken pieces are marinated in an aromatic herb paste made of mint, coriander, and fenugreek leaves. Chicken is grilled or baked on skewers till they are tender and delicious!

Ingredients
Chicken Marinade
Instructions

In a grinder jar make a smooth paste of the following:
ginger

garlic cloves
-
green chillies
-
dried fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi

mint leaves
-
coriander leaves
-
lime juice
-
water
-
Add plain unsweetened hung yogurt or greek yogurt

Add salt to taste (~1/2 tsp.)

Add garam masala powder
-
Cumin powder
-
Black pepper powder
-
Mix well
-
Add chicken pieces
-
Add 1 tbsp. oil
-
Marinate for 1 hr. atleast

You can use either wooden or metal skewers. If using wooden skewers pre-soak them in water for 2 hrs before assembling the chicken pieces on them.

Place the chicken on skewers

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F or 180 C

Sprinkle some oil or melted butter or ghee on the chicken

Bake for 15min at 350F. Baste with some more oil, butter or ghee.

Bake for 5 min at 450 F

Keep the chicken covered for 5 min
This helps retain moisture and makes the chicken juicy -
Sprinkle with some chaat masala

Sprinkle some lime juice and enjoy this with some raw onion. This chicken tikka is delicious and moist.
