Ingredients
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 inch Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Black tea leaves (powdered form)
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • Keto sweetener (optional)
Instructions
  1. Take 1 cup of water

  2. Crush ginger using a mortar and pestle

    Mortar and pestle brings out the juices of ginger and makes the tea more aromatic
  3. Add the ginger to the water

  4. Add black tea leaves

  5. Bring the water up to a rolling boil and continue to boil for 1 minute

  6. Add heavy cream

  7. Add any keto sweetener of your choice
