This keto cauliflower soup is hearty and delicious
Cauliflower stir fried till golden brown and boiled in creamy coconut milk with aromatic indian spices!
Set a pot on medium high heat and add oil
Add cauliflower florets
Stir fry till the florets turn golden brown
Add finely chopped onion and garlic
Stir fry for another minute
Add a bay leaf
Sprinkle some dry bouillon powder
Add 1 cup water
Place the lid on for 1-2 minutes
Add coconut milk
Add salt to taste
Add freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Add garam masala powder
Add crushed kasuri methi or dried fenugreek leaves
Garnish with some red chilli flakes
Garnish with some spring onion greens
