Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Set a pot on medium high heat and add oil

  2. Add cauliflower florets

  3. Stir fry till the florets turn golden brown

  4. Add finely chopped onion and garlic

  5. Stir fry for another minute

  6. Add a bay leaf

  7. Sprinkle some dry bouillon powder

    Make sure the bouillon powder is keto friendly!
  8. Add 1 cup water

    If you don't have bouillon powder, you can use veggie or chicken stock instead
  9. Place the lid on for 1-2 minutes

  10. Add coconut milk

    Make sure to use a creamy coconut milk
  11. Add salt to taste

  12. Add freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

  13. Add garam masala powder

  14. Add crushed kasuri methi or dried fenugreek leaves

  15. Garnish with some red chilli flakes

  16. Garnish with some spring onion greens
