How to make keto cauliflower rice-Jeera rice
Cauliflower Jeera Rice is a cumin flavored rice that will pair well with lots of Indian curries

Cut 200g of cauliflower in medium sized florets

Add the florets in a food processor jar with a regular blade attachment. Make sure the jar is not more than half full.
If you fill the jar to the brim, the florets on the bottom become pasty and some on the top don’t process down. -
Pulse the florets 10-12 times till they get a fluffy rice-like texture

Set a pan on medium heat and add oil and ghee

Add cinnamon stick, cardamoms, bay leaf and cumin seeds

Stir fry for ~45 sec or till the cumin seeds turn dark brown and aromatic

Add the riced cauliflower along with salt to taste.

Stir fry the cauliflower for 5-6 min or until they turn soft and slightly golden brown

Garnish with coriander leaves
