This keto cauliflower curry has few ingredients, is easy to make, and is very flavorful!

Cut a medium sized cauliflower into small, similar sized cauliflower florets and set aside
Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp. of oil and 1 tbsp. of ghee
Add cumin seeds, cumin powder, turmeric powder and hing
Give it a quick stir so the cumin seeds get toasted and add in the cauliflower florets
Add salt to taste, mix the florets with the spices, add 2 tbsp. of water and place a lid on till the cauliflower florets cook through
Move the florets to one side of the pan, add ~2 tsp. of oil to the pan and add chopped green chillies
Fry the green chillies for ~30 sec and then combine with the cauliflower florets
Check for salt and add more if needed
Sprinkle some more oil on the florets and stir fry the florets till they brown nicely
Squeeze some lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
