How to make Keto Cauliflower Curry-Bengali Style
This keto cauliflower curry is made in the indian bengali style. Pairs well with keto rice or roti!

Combine ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, kashmiri andnormal red chilli powder in a bowl

Add 2 tbsp. water and stir

Set aside

Set a pot on medium heat and add 3 tbsp. oil

Add turmeric powder

Add cauliflower florets cut in large sized florets

Add salt to taste

Stir fry till the florets turn golden brown in color

Take out the florets into a bowl. Turn down the heat.To the remaining oil add cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add the masala mix

Stir fry the masala mix till the water evaporates

Stir till the mix looks oily

Add the fried florets
-
Stir fry for another minute
-
Add 1 cup water
-
Add some salt to taste

Add a pinch of keto sweetener
I used stevia -
Place the lid on and cook for 3-5 min

Add garam masala powder
-
Enjoy this with keto rice or reduce the gravy and enjoy with some keto roti
