This keto cauliflower curry is made in the indian bengali style. Pairs well with keto rice or roti!

  1. Combine ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, kashmiri andnormal red chilli powder in a bowl

  2. Add 2 tbsp. water and stir

  3. Set aside

  4. Set a pot on medium heat and add 3 tbsp. oil

  5. Add turmeric powder

  6. Add cauliflower florets cut in large sized florets

  7. Add salt to taste

  8. Stir fry till the florets turn golden brown in color

  9. Take out the florets into a bowl. Turn down the heat.To the remaining oil add cumin seeds and bay leaf

  10. Add the masala mix

  11. Stir fry the masala mix till the water evaporates

  12. Stir till the mix looks oily

  13. Add the fried florets

  14. Stir fry for another minute

  15. Add 1 cup water

  16. Add some salt to taste

  17. Add a pinch of keto sweetener

    I used stevia
  18. Place the lid on and cook for 3-5 min

  19. Add garam masala powder

  20. Enjoy this with keto rice or reduce the gravy and enjoy with some keto roti
