These keto cabbage pancake are really easy to make!

Description

You can eat these pancakes warm, when they are goey and cheesy or let them cool down a bit, if you want them to firm up a bit

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Mozarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Green onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Red chilli flakes (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Oil (I use avocado oil)
Instructions
  1. Combine cabbage, cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, red chilli flakes, and vinegar

  2. Mix well and divide into 4 portions

  3. Fry the pancakes on a non stick pan set on medium heat

    Make sure to use a non stick pan if not the cheese would stick
  4. Cook till the cheese gets golden brown and crisp. Flip the pancakes gently

  5. Cook till the other side gets golden brown and crisp

  6. Have it warm if you like goey cheesy pancakes or let them cool down so they firm up a bit
