These keto cabbage pancake are really easy to make!
You can eat these pancakes warm, when they are goey and cheesy or let them cool down a bit, if you want them to firm up a bit
Combine cabbage, cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, red chilli flakes, and vinegar
Mix well and divide into 4 portions
Fry the pancakes on a non stick pan set on medium heat
Cook till the cheese gets golden brown and crisp. Flip the pancakes gently
Cook till the other side gets golden brown and crisp
Have it warm if you like goey cheesy pancakes or let them cool down so they firm up a bit
