This keto cabbage omlette is spicy and delicious! If you like Indian curries you will love this omlette!
Set a non stick pan on medium heat and add 2 tsp. ghee. Spread the ghee to cover the pan, so the omlette doesn't stick (even if you are using a non stick pan lol!)
Add onion, garlic powder, and chicken masala
Stir fry for 30-45 sec
Add cabbage and stir fry for 15 min (we want the cabbage to remain crunchy!)
Add some coriander leaves and spread the cabbage evenly on the pan
Turn down the heat and add eggs (2 eggs beaten with salt to taste)
Spread the egg to cover the cabbage
Flip over the egg (you can sprinkle some oil on the circumference of the omlette, to make it easier to flip)
~ 30 sec on the other side and done!
This omlette tastes really good with hot sauce!
