Description

This is my go-to recipe for simple keto cabbage noodles. Just a few ingredients and it turns out so flavorful and delicious! Best part, it takes 5 min to make!

Ingredients
  • 100 grams Cabbage (shredded)
  • 20 grams Onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Red chilli flakes (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Set a non stick pan on medium high heat

  2. Add 1 tbsp. oil

  3. Add sliced onions

  4. Stir fry till onions turns translucent ~30 sec

  5. Add shredded cabbage

  6. Add smoked paprika and garlic powder

  7. Stir fry the cabbage on high heat till the cabbage starts to get a little charred

    Charring the cabbage imparts a lot of flavor to the dish
  8. Turn down the heat and spread the cabbage in the pan

  9. Add cheese

  10. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes

  11. Wait till the cheese melts

  12. Add salt if needed
