How to make Keto buns-Eggless
These keto buns are soft and fluffy inside and firm outside. They can be toasted to be crisp. They can also be used as a sandwich bun.

Ingredients
Instructions

In a blender jar add paneer pieces, water, salt and vinegar

Blend to a smooth paste

Rinse out the blender jar with 2 tbsp. water

Add a pinch of baking soda

Add almond flour, a quarter cup at a time and mix in with a spatula

Add oil and knead into a dough ball

Divide into 4 portions

Place a parchment paper on a baking tray and grease with some oil

Grease your palm with some oil too

Make little disc shaped balls with each portion

Place them on the baking tray

Sprinkle some sesame seeds (optional)

Bake for 35-45min in an oven set at 350 F or 180 C
The buns should feel firm on the outside and look dark brown on the bottom -
The bun should be soft and fluffy in the center

You can apply some butter and toast it on a pan or in a normal bread toaster

The bread turns totally crisp after toasting it on a pan

You can also make a quick sandwich with these buns
