These keto buns are soft and fluffy inside and firm outside. They can be toasted to be crisp. They can also be used as a sandwich bun.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender jar add paneer pieces, water, salt and vinegar 

  2. Blend to a smooth paste

  3. Rinse out the blender jar with 2 tbsp. water

  4. Add a pinch of baking soda

  5. Add almond flour, a quarter cup at a time and mix in with a spatula

  6. Add oil and knead into a dough ball

  7. Divide into 4 portions

  8. Place a parchment paper on a baking tray and grease with some oil

  9. Grease your palm with some oil too

  10. Make little disc shaped balls with each portion

  11. Place them on the baking tray

  12. Sprinkle some sesame seeds (optional)

  13. Bake for 35-45min in an oven set at 350 F or 180 C

    The buns should feel firm on the outside and look dark brown on the bottom
  14. The bun should be soft and fluffy in the center

  15. You can apply some butter and toast it on a pan or in a normal bread toaster

  16. The bread turns totally crisp after toasting it on a pan

  17. You can also make a quick sandwich with these buns
