Set a pan (preferably non stick pan) on low/medium heat and spread some ghee or butter on it
Add onions, tomatoes, and green chillies.
Add salt and pepper. Stir fry till the onions turn translucent (for ~ one minute)
Add coriander leaves and give it a quick stir
Lower the heat, add the eggs, mix it with the veggies and spread it on the pan
Cook the eggs on both sides, brown them as much as you prefer and done!
