  • 1/2 cup Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Lime juice (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Hard boiled eggs
