How to make Almond Flour
If almond flour is hard to find or its too expensive to buy, you can easily make it at home! You can now make almond flour rotis, naan etc easily.

Soak raw almonds in hot water for 30 min
Alternatively, you can boil the almonds in water for 10 min -
Peel the almonds by pressing down on the almond

To speed up the process, rub the almonds against each other

Spread the peeled almonds and air dry it over night or dry it in an air fryer

Air fry at 200F or 100C for 6 min.
Stir almonds after 3 min and air fry for 3 more min -
Make sure that the almonds are dry and cooled down to room tempertaure

Transfer the almonds into a bag and partially crush it with a pestle or rolling pin

Add half the almonds to a pre chilled spice grinder jar
Chill the empty grinder jar in the freezer for 2-3 min before grinding the almonds -
Pulse the almonds 5 times and rest for few sec before repeating. Pulse a total of 25-30 times till the almonds are crushed to a fine powder.

Pass through a kitchen sifter

If there are larger grains, grind them again

Voila! you just made almond flour!
Store the almond flour in an air tight container, in the refrigerator or freezer so it doesn't get rancid. -
