This is a quick and delicious keto snack recipe! Almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds coated in a tangy, spicy and aromatic masala powder.
Looking for a quick keto snack?! I coated plain almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds with a tangy, spicy, and aromatic masala powder.
(Net carbs per serving: 1.8g)
Set a pan on low heat and add 2 tsp. of oil. You can also use 2 tsp. of ghee instead.
Add almonds and roast for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
Roast everything for 3-4 minutes.
Add all the dry spices
Roast on low heat for another minute
Add fresh lime juice. The nuts will turn slightly soggy, so make sure to roast the nuts for another minute or so till the lime juice evaporates and the nuts become dry again.
Turn off the heat
Once the nuts have completely dried and cooled down, you can store them in an air tight container
