  1. Melt 1/2 cup or 8 tbsp. of virgin coconut oil. You can quickly melt it in the microwave oven in 10 sec bursts

  2. To the melted coconut oil, add cocoa powder, salt, and a sweetener of your choice.

  3. Stir well till the clumps of cocoa powder break up

  4. Pour it on a tray lined with a parchment paper.

    Make sure the parchment paper extends high upto the edges of the tray, so the oil does not trickle under it. If the sweetener has not dissolved, just try to spread it evenly
  5. Spread dessicated coconut, almonds, and pumpkin seeds on the tray

  6. Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate freezes

  7. Divide into 8 servings

  8. Keep refrigerated or frozen because the chocolate barks will soften at room temperature
