This is a keto veggie salad made with lettuce, cucumber, paneer and parmesan cheese. It has a vibrant lemon flavor and is very easy to put together!
Fry paneer pieces till they are slightly golden brown in color. Season with some salt and pepper.
Set it aside
Take romaine lettuce in a big bowl
Add chopped cucumber
Add some lemon zest
Add shredded parmesan cheese
Add lemon juice to taste
Add 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper powder to taste
Mix well
Enjoy with paneer!
