How to make a Keto salad-Paneer Lettuce Parmesan salad

Description

This is a keto veggie salad made with lettuce, cucumber, paneer and parmesan cheese. It has a vibrant lemon flavor and is very easy to put together!

Instructions
  1. Fry paneer pieces till they are slightly golden brown in color. Season with some salt and pepper.

  2. Set it aside

    Don't fry the paneer too long, they tend to turn hard and rubbery.
  3. Take romaine lettuce in a big bowl

  4. Add chopped cucumber

  5. Add some lemon zest

  6. Add shredded parmesan cheese

  7. Add lemon juice to taste

  8. Add 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

  9. Add salt to taste

  10. Add black pepper powder to taste

  11. Mix well

  12. Enjoy with paneer!
