This keto paneer appetizer has notes of mint, coriander leaves and pickled onions. It tastes vibrant and refreshing.
Add boiling white vinegar to thinly sliced onions and set aside for 10 min
Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp butter. Once the butter melts add panner pieces
Season generously with salt
Fry till the paneer turns golden brown on both sides
Add finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and some red chilli flakes to 1.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
Mix
Apply the mayonnaise on the paneer pieces
Add cucumber
Add tomato
Add some pickled onion
Bring it together with toothpicks
