How to make a Keto paneer appetizer

Description

This keto paneer appetizer has notes of mint, coriander leaves and pickled onions. It tastes vibrant and refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 60 grams Paneer (cut in 1cm x1 inch pieces)
  • 1.5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Red chilli flakes (to taste)
  • 30 grams Cucumber
  • 30 grams Tomato
  • 20 grams Red onion (pickled with hot white vinegar for 10 min)
Instructions
  1. Add boiling white vinegar to thinly sliced onions and set aside for 10 min

  2. Set a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp butter. Once the butter melts add panner pieces

  3. Season generously with salt

  4. Fry till the paneer turns golden brown on both sides

  5. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and some red chilli flakes to 1.5 tbsp. mayonnaise 

  6. Mix 

  7. Apply the mayonnaise on the paneer pieces

  8. Add cucumber

  9. Add tomato

  10. Add some pickled onion

  11. Bring it together with toothpicks
