Poha is an aromatic Indian breakfast recipe made of flattened rice grains. Here I made Keto Poha using riced cauliflower. The flavor profile is very similar to the original dish.

Grind or grate 200g of cauliflower florets

This should give you ~2 cups of riced cauliflower

Set a pan on medium heat and add ghee

Add mustard seeds

Add cumin seeds

Add peanuts

Stir fry till the peanuts are golden brown (~1 min). Add curry leaves

Add green chillies (deseed it if you prefer)

Add a pinch of Hing or Asafoetida

Add chopped

Add turmeric powder

Add riced cauliflower

Mix

Lower the heat. Place the lid on and cook for 2 min

Stir fry for another minute or till the cauliflower browns a little

Add lime juice to taste

Add chopped coriander leaves
