Poha is an aromatic Indian breakfast recipe made of flattened rice grains. Here I made Keto Poha using riced cauliflower. The flavor profile is very similar to the original dish.

  1. Grind or grate 200g of cauliflower florets

  2. This should give you ~2 cups of riced cauliflower

  3. Set a pan on medium heat and add ghee

  4. Add mustard seeds

  5. Add cumin seeds

  6. Add peanuts

  7. Stir fry till the peanuts are golden brown (~1 min). Add curry leaves

  8. Add green chillies (deseed it if you prefer)

  9. Add a pinch of Hing or Asafoetida

  10. Add chopped

  11. Add turmeric powder

  12. Add riced cauliflower

  13. Mix

  14. Lower the heat. Place the lid on and cook for 2 min

  15. Stir fry for another minute or till the cauliflower browns a little

  16. Add lime juice to taste

  17. Add chopped coriander leaves

  18. Enjoy!
